Training is one of the most important verticals of Sikraft and over the years, it has strengthened the technical backbone for our various business verticals. We insist that our engineers are enriched with practical knowledge and are empowered to think more efficiently and perform better, therefore we have made consistent efforts and investments to develop an extensive, state of the art training program designed to cater all possible needs in our field of operations. 

Sikraft has diligently designed training programs for tools and concepts which encompass the various areas of automation minutely. Carefully scheduled programs with focus on individual learning are foundation for the development of resources at Sikraft. These training programs are adapted on regular basis, keeping in mind our business requirements. 

Our Training programs cover everything from Classroom Trainings, in house developed Audio-Video Modules to hands on experience on a live I & C system setup. Every new engineer in Sikraft undergoes an exhaustive training program spanning the complete spectrum of the latest technology, tools, systems, engineering methods, testing and commissioning processes.

Training certificate are issued to the participants at the end of the training program defining their competency levels, which helps our Centre of Competence Heads to select the right team members for their projects.
