Human Resource & Administration
At Sikraft, HR / Administrative department is centralized in Mumbai. It is well equipped to keep a gauge and maintain the resources and activities ongoing at various Sikraft offices worldwide as well as the client sites.
The team is responsible to manage overall administrative functions of the organization to ensure smooth operations. With streamlined processes set for Resource planning, recruitments, Performance management, Trainings, etc., the department looks in depth at the different aspects of work flow. Regular maintenance and reports from MIS aids in understanding administrative details and operational vigilance.
Foreign deputations of engineers are managed diligently by the team, thus ensuring a trouble-free experience on work trips for engineers.

I&C Commissioning Engineer Lead (Nuclear Power Plant)
Sikraft Infotech Nuclear Energy Ltd., will be actively involved in Nuclear Power Plant Hinkley Point C project situated in UK.
